William Curley Sea Salt Caramel Bar
27 July 2009 in Caramel, Chocolate Bars, Rating 35%-39%, Sea Salt, William Curley by LeeI bought this 45g Sea Salt Caramel Chocolate Bar from William Curley along with the Framboise Truffles, Dark Chocolate Fruit & Nut Thins and the House 70% Dark Chocolate, but I have to admit that this is my least favourite of them all as its just not as moreish as the others.
At first it had a very unusual smoky flavour and not at all sweet as I’d expect. I’ve had a couple of mouthfuls now and I don’t think I’m going to try any more. I’m sure there were many that really loved it, like those that gave it an award, but its not for me. I’m sure you’d like it.
You can buy it direct from William Curley for £3.
Rating:
Taste: 30% – not my cup of tea
Texture: 40% – a bit too sticky for me
Price: 40% – a bit steep, but it is an award winning chocolate bar.
Overall: 36.67%
