Orion Choco Pie

This is just a quick review to basically avoid these Choco Pies which were made by Orion in South Korea. They’re supposed to be two layers of chocolate coated cookies with a marshmallow filling, but the ones I had tasted extremely bland the cookies were actually like a dry sponge.

The problem I have is that the Choco Pie is supposed to be very popular in South Korea, which makes me worry about what they do have to offer. Their Choco Boy biscuits were perfectly fine, but these pies were absolutely terrible.

At first I thought they were going to be like WagonWheels, there were very similar in intent, but not so flavoursome. I often Find WagainWheels very salty, but thse pies were devoid of taste.

If you did want to find out more and cans speak Russian, Chinese, South Korean or Vietnamese then vcisit their site. If not, take a peak at the relevant Wikipedia page.

I actually paid £1.40 to find out how terrible they were – can I have my money back please?

The only problem I have is that there are millions of people that think I’m wrong according to Forbes magazine – we can’t all be right!

If I had to do a quick rating, the Orion Choco Pie would get a score of 10% – and that’s only because its got nice packaging and useful nutritional information.

I’m staying in Shanghai for two month now and i dicovered them there.
They are actually not that bad quiet the opposit in fact. Every time i buy them and share them in the office i always end up with only one left , so i’m not the only one to appreciate them. It’s very popular here and if you compare them to other available product in China it’s more than understable. B
ecause of the marshmallow it’s not that dry.
Actually that’s one of the small things that i’ll miss from China.

Actually i did a bit of research. Where did you bought you orion pie ? If it’s in UK that may explain the dryness. IThey may be too old. But here there are more than OK.
