La Maison Du Chocolate Tastings and Ganaches for Chocolate Week 2010To celebrate the upcoming Chocolate Week, from 11th to 17th October 2010, La Maison du Chocolat is organising a series of exciting sampling and tasting sessions. A must for all chocolate lovers!

Throughout the week, La Maison du Chocolat will have its entire team on hand, at both the Piccadilly and Harrods stores to guide you through its mouth-watering range of products. This is an exclusive opportunity to get behind the scenes of France’s top luxury chocolatier.

For this occasion, La Maison du Chocolat is also launching a new, limited edition chocolate box containing two unique chocolate ganaches. Enjoy the classic Caracas recipe created by Robert Linxe, Founder of La Maison du Chocolat, and discover Extreme Chocolat, the contemporary creation crafted by Gilles Marchal, Creative Director of the brand since 2007.

CARACAS is a true celebration of chocolate’s historic capital. This plain cocoa ganache has delightful hints of grilled almonds and spices that complement its natural and robust flavours perfectly.

This year’s new edition is EXTREME CHOCOLAT. Gilles Marchal has captured the essence of his extensive journeys to the best cocoa plantations in a ganache. This subtle 100 % pure cocoa ganache (no added sugar) exhales notes of roasted coffee for an aromatic experience!
