Hotel Chocolat are one of the first Chocolatiers to put their Christmas chocolates online. They may not have absolutely everything to buy just yet but they have some absolutely fantastic Christmas chocolates ready to buy now.
I know many people see that Hotel Chocolat is expensive. All I can say is they’re not cheap, but you get what you pay for. If you’re on a budget you can choose from 14 different chocolate gifts for less than £10. For instance the “Four Medium Boxes of Christmas Chocolates” which contains 8 Christmas chocolates tied in ribbon to add that extra special touch and for only £6.50. They also do the Baublicious box set for the same price which has 10 40% milk chocolate Christmas baubles which are ripe for nibbling. I’m sure that they won’t make it on to the Christmas tree. Then they’ve got chocolate reindeers and chocolate snowmen in white, milk or dark chocolate. If you wanted more choice then you could choose some 70% dark chocolate with a hint of chilli Penguins, or milk chocolate fairies or dark chocolate peppermint mistletoe.
If you’re like me and loves Christmas Log, then why not go for their sliceable variation which has mellow chocolate with melting piedmont praline which has been studded with hazelnuts and pistachios. And they also do 6 baby chocolate logs for £12.50.
If you’re buying Christmas Chocolate For Kids you could try the Christmas Licks which are like the Skull Licks which were fantastic.
They also do Cinnamon liquid chocolate for mums and dads which also costs £7.50 or Liquid Winter.
If you wanted something a bit larger and interesting then why not try their Milk Chocolate Jolly Santa which is a hollow moulded, but thick smooth milk and white chocolate Father Christmas which weights a pretty heavy 185g? I’m sure he’ll be a big hit.
I also love their “You Pick Me Up” chocolate gift packs as they did with their Halloween You Pick Me Up. For Christmas they do a “Kids Chocolate Gift Bag” which contains a whole host of chocolate goodies for £10. They also do A Sparkling Gold Christmas gift bag for the same price which contains a cinnamon crunch 100g slab, an orange and dark chocolate penguin, caramel and praline stars, a milk chocolate Santa Lick and a Holly cast in honey milk chocolate – all in all I think this is great value.
I also love their Sparkling Stars which are a box of 15 chocolates – Caramels, Pralines or Truffles.
Also you can get yourself 10 Chocolate Christmas Tree Decorations for £12.50.
But there’s also the Giant Hotel Chocolat Slabs which cost £12.50 which are huge, I’ve tried the Tutti Frutti Slab before and they’re absolutely divine. You can choose from their wonderful “Christmas Creation” or the beautiful “Cool Yule”.
Another thing I find fantastic are their chocolate wreaths which you can choose either Cookies & Caramel or Fruit & Nut dark chocolate.
We’re starting to get into the more expensive range of chocolates now. But, again, they’re great value when you consider the quality of the Hotel Chocolat chocolate. In the Christmas Personal Shopper Bag which weighs 380g, you get some fruity munchkins, the Baubilicious chocolate baubles, some Christmas chocolates and a chocolate pocket Penguin.
You could also choose the “The Sleekster Christmas Luxe Selection“. And boy are they delicious! I’ve tried their Cocktail Sleekster and it was out of this World! In this version you get hazelnut pralines, champagne truffles, chocolate brownie, peppermint mousse, orange liqueur, mellow caramel, vanilla liquor and single origin chocolates. This Christmas Sleekster would be on my Christmas list for sure!
If you wanted to spend a bit more then you could try the Christmas Gift Box Deluxe for £28.00. In this chocolate gift box you get a wide variety of chocolate flavours including cinnamon almonds, the Sparkling Star Pralines, Orange Nice Spice slab and the Babulicious chocolate baubles.
If you wanted to splash out a bit more then you could try the Christmas Box Grand Deluxe for £38 which includes the Christmas gift box which has a variety of chocolates, with some truffles, pralines, som
e Chilli Penguins and two bottles of Presecco.
And if you wanted to spend yet more they have the Hotel Chocolate Christmas Collection which contains 48 hand-finished chocolates from their best ranges as well as some special Christmas ones.
And yet there’s more, they do a Chateau Chocolat Red Wine Personal Shopper which contains some of their signature collection and some red wine for £45. They also do a Prosecco version of this too.
You can choose from a Christmas Personal Shopper bag which contains 840g of chocolate goodies including Christmas Sleekster, Sparkling Stars Caramels, Enrobed Raisins, Baublicious chocolate baubles, Orange Nice Spice 100g slab and a Nutty Noel 100g slab.
If you think your wife or girlfriend (or even husband or boyfriend) would love a huge box of chocolates then perhaps you should choose their 96 chocolate Signature Collection? It’s huge though!

You also have two choices for luxury chocolate hampers which come in either £100 or £200 varieties. In the £100 version you get loads of chocolates, I can’t find exactly what you get but it looks like baubles, penguins, some Presecco, some of the liquid chocolate, white chocolate snowmen, the munchkins, a chocolate wreath and loads and loads more.
In the £200 Christmas Chocolate Hamper you get two bottles of Prosecco, red wine, and loads and loads and loads of other chocolate!
You could also try the Thorntons Chocolate Christmas Selection which will have a price of £10.
