Ginger In Milk Chocolate From The Chocolate Cellar

I made the mistake of buying two bars of this, the first from the Ramsbottom Chocolate Festival and the second from their shop in Liverpool a week after. I wasn’t too aggrieved as I just love crystallised ginger. The first bar disappeared over a weekend of watching the usual rubbish on TV whilst this second is going down a bit slower.
I’m not sure why, but this one does taste different. The chocolate seems a lot lighter and with a greater milk texture – perhaps there’s a greater amount of whole milk powder in this one?
What I did love was the absolutely massive chunks of crystallised ginger which were liberally spread across the top of the bar. If you are partial to ginger then I’m sure you’ll completely adore this bar.
I honestly couldn’t tell you how much this bar cost, but I’m sure it was about £3.00, which is well worth it. The only problem now is that I don’t see them having it to buy on their website. If you’re ever visiting Liverpool, just pop into their shop and see if they’ve got any in.
