And now Business Week is commenting on the news that it looks like there’s something in dark chocolate that could help prevent people from getting strokes.
Well that ‘something’ is a flavonol called epicatechin which can also be found in green tea. Apparently its an antioxident that can also help with diabities (don’t quote me!). I’m not going to go in to the details, as I’ll only get it wrong. Just have a read and see what’s relevant to you.
