One thing you’ll realise is that the Charbonnel et Walker truffles have a hard ‘crust’ to them which means that you’ll prefer these or the much softer, and more true to the world ‘truffle’ ones that don’t have this hard shell. Good examples of these are the boozy ones or the ones from My Chocolate Bar or from Chocolateque.
