I know this chocolate bar was four months past it's best before date, but I could still pick out the ginger flavour, but that's about it. I can imagine it would be a nice bar for a Summer's evening, but it's just doesn't stand out for me.
It's a shame that you can't buy these online any more, but they were lovely, soft, creamy and full of flavour. Hopefully they'll change their website soon. But I fear they're just wholesaling now.
This Artisan du Chocolat Gingerbread Cookies White Chocolate is quite possibly my most favourite white chocolate bar of all time. I know its sweet, but unlike the others, there are various interesting flavours going on that seem to mitigate the sweetness.
These are perfect for a chocolate and ginger lover at Christmas, there is some great crunch whilst the quality of the Valrhona chocolate certainly ads to the experience.
This is a text book example of why you should never judge a chocolate buy its cover. The flavours were intense and sweet but actually incredibly enjoyable.
If you're having a dinner party or a summer garden party then you really need to try the chocolate truffles made by Pauline and Mark from Andover. I've been a big fan of their's for a long while and always interested to hear what they're concocting next. I'm sure you'll love these truffles if you either like alcoholic truffles or fruity flavours.
If you're bored with the hot chocolate that you'll find in each and every supermarket, and what some choice then try this Indian-inspired drinking chocolate from Devnaa which contains cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and ginger. It's very refreshing indeed.
Sometimes in life you just find something completley different and which you had found them before. And that's most certainly the case with these chocolate fudge petits fours which were totally fantastic. If you like fudge, I'm sure you'll love these!
This has to be my favourite of the flavoured Zotter bars that I've reviewed. The Grappa certainly adds a wonderful base flavour whilst the ginger excites your taste buds. If its still in stock anywhere you should try some.
What more could you want from a special Valentine's chocolate treat? This brownie from Paul A. Young is special in that its incredibly moist and flavoursome. Just don't eat it all in one go, you'll want to savour every bite.
Perhaps less Christmas and more lazing on a Barbados beach? But I did think it was a great boozy chocolate that you could share with your family at Christmas.
The Prestat Heart Of Chocolates was far from being my favourite chocolate selection box and certainly nothing that I'd go out of my way to try again for.
