For me this bar didn't work, there wasn't enough of the syrup flavour to counteract the very dry texture which was made more so by the pecan nuts. They've made far better chocolate.
Sometimes its worth going to the ends of the earth to find wonderful chocolate. Thankfully we have the internet so we don't have to. This black truffle and sea salt bar was just splendid!!
I really don't know how people are going to get their hands on this bar. But try you must. Pack your bags, leave a note and head off to the continent. Your journey will be rewarded with some delightful chocolate.
This Le chocolat bio supérieur noir 74% de cacao de la marque Carrefour came from France, but I wouldn't travel all the way over there to try it again.
