Domori Chuao

To call this Domori bar a Chuao chocolate bar is a disservice to the Venezuelan bar. I'd certainly not suggest that this is comparable to the Amedei bar.

Domori Porcelana 70% Dark Chocolate Bar

The Domori Porcelana 70% Dark Chocolate Bar is truly a wonderful bar of dark chocolate made with the Porcelana Criolllo cacao bean from Venezuela. It is delicious, but not very bitter or a wide range of notes.

Domori Rio Caribe 70% Dark Chocolate

This Caribe 70% Dark Chocolate bar isn't my favourite from Domori but it still has an edge on many other dark chocolate bars.

Domori Puertofino Cacao Criollo 70% Dark Chocolate

This Puertofino Cacao Criollo from Domori is a lovely dark chocolate bar with a great balance of flavours.

Domori make some fantastic chocolate that has a great texture to it. If you like luxury, fine or gourmet chocolate then you could start with Domori or Valrhona.
