I’ve tried some absolutely fantastic chocolate from Brazil including the Pralus Bresil 75% Dark Chocolate Bar, the delicious Artisan du Chocolat Espresso Dark Chocolate Bar and the pretty nice Brazilian Dark Chocolate With Peppermint. But I would like to try something from Sweet Brazil Chocolates.
A superb bar of bitter-sweet chocolate from an amazing company. The local environment is central to the manufacture of this bar and wonderful flavours very much in evidence.
This Rio Doce bar from Artisan du Chocolat is anything but sweet. It's very bitter and doesn't have a very espansive variety of flavours. It's not one for the fainthearted.
