A superb bar of bitter-sweet chocolate from an amazing company. The local environment is central to the manufacture of this bar and wonderful flavours very much in evidence.

Artisan du Chocolat Brazil Rio Doce 72%

This Rio Doce bar from Artisan du Chocolat is anything but sweet. It's very bitter and doesn't have a very espansive variety of flavours. It's not one for the fainthearted.

Pierre Marcolini Palets Fins and Saveurs du Monde

These Pierre Marcolini Palets Fins and Saveurs du Monde are gave me one of the best chocolate experiences of my life.

Artisan du Chocolat Espresso Dark Chocolate Bar

The Artisan du Chocolat Expresso Dark Chocolate Bar is a fantastic, flavoursome bar which is deliciously rich.

Pralus Bresil 75% Dark Chocolate Bar

Pralus make some wonderful dark chocolate and their Bresil, 75% Cocoa, Single Origin, Dark Chocolate Bar is one of my favourite.

Brazilian Dark Chocolate With Peppermint
