The Amano Chuao 70% is a very intense, fruity, but yet dry dark chocolate bar. It won't be desired by everyone. But still, its a landmark in chocolate making!
This Mast Brothers 81% Dark Chocolate With Almonds, Sea Salt and Olive Oil is a weird experience. It's not for those that don't like trying something new.
This 68% dark chocolate bar from Ghana was a real pleasure to review. It was rich in flavour. There may not have been a robus character, but sometimes its just nice to have something a bit more fruity.
