For such a small country, the island of Grenada certainly do punch above their weight when it comes to the production of fine chocolate. Even though other islands in the region do produce their own chocolate such as Trinidad and St. Lucia, the story of the Grenada Chocolate Company is a textbook example of how to make the most of the assets you have. The company has marketed themselves to the UK with great effectiveness and now many British chocolate boutiques stock their chocolate.

Chococo Christmas Crackle Tree

If you think deeply about this Christmas chocolate Christmas tree then you'll see how they've managed to combine so many different elements that should be appreciated: flavour, appearance and frivolity.

Chilli Con Choccy Hot Chocolate

If its cold, you've got a headache or just generally stressed then reach for the Jaz and Juls hot chocolate to blow away that dark cloud hanging over you. This stuff is hot and spicy, but very enjoyable.

Rococo Lavendar Dark Chocolate Bar

I had hoped for some farily intense, interesting chocolate, but alas no. But I shouldn't expect all the chocolate I try to be full of flavour. Sublte is good some times.

Rococo Crystallised Ginger 65%

Do you like chocolate that only has the mildest of flavours but still has personality? If you do then you should really try this one out from Rococo.

The Grenada Chocolate Company Nib-a-licious 60%

This has a strange banana and mango flavour that is quite strange - but very enjoyable. The nibs, of course, give a lovely variable texture. I'd definitely say this is a must try bar.

The Grenada 60% Single Origin Dark Chocolate Bar

This bar wasn't anywhere as good as I thought it'd be. In fact it was relatively poor compared to other dark chocolate bars in that price range.
